Office A is 300 sq.ft and has its own en-suite cloakroom & kitchen area together with a large built in cupboard and overhead storage. However there is also use of the main communal kitchen & toilet area.
Having just been refurbished (winter 2007) this office is to a very high standard. It has its very own TV point, 5 double & 2 single power points and is heated by two electric heaters. There are four telephone points which would have to be reinstated from the present switchboard.
Entry to this office is via the main entrance and there is an entry phone system in situ. Opening hours are weekdays 8am - 6pm and Saturdays 8am - 1pm.
The rental for this office includes for the Non-Domestic Council Tax, electricity, water and buildings insurance but does not include contents insurance or telephone.
